Congratulations to the January UHMS Students of the Month, 7th grader, Maisa Wahib & 8th grader, Jacob Diaz! Maisa came to this country last year and primarily speaks Arabic. She participates, asks questions, and is a great student. She continues to work hard despite obstacles that may make things harder for her and she has made great improvements with her English language skills. Jacob is early to Zoom everyday. He is responsible and participates at all times. He answers and asks questions as well. He is prompt in his return after lunch and always gives 100% effort! Great job students! Keep up the awesome work!
