September Students of the Month!

 

7th grader Valentina Cubas, an excellent math student and writer, has a strong passion for learning. She is always engaged and willing to help other students. She has a strong understanding of her responsibilities as a student at UHMS and always encourages her classmates, as well as her teachers! On Zooms, she always says hello and good-bye and turns her camera on!

 

8th grader, Angeli Cardona, has demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge and understanding of world and national current events with great maturity and empathic ability. In addition, she is very responsible & engaged, consistently participating and adding to the depth of discussions, and even volunteering to do extra work by revising a classmate's writing.
